Exchange/Returns
If you received your clothes and aren’t the size or model you ordered, notify it to us the soon as possible. Send the product/s back to us, our return address is on the invoice you got at your original purchase. Mark on the same invoice with the size and model you would like to exchange.
IMPORTANT: Do not forget to mark on the invoice with the size and item you want.
We make exchanges for everything within the first 48 hours after delivery. Exchanges will be given after we have inspected the product, and the product is in original condition and unopened. Clothes worn with any stains or the like cannot be replaced. If you send back such products, we will not be responsible for processing and exchange those items.
Under no circumstances there will be a refund of money.

Shipping & Delivery
We only deliver to regions of México by the time. Orders for less than $1,200.00 MXN are charged a shipping fee ($119.00 mexican currency). Typical delivery time is 4-8 business days. Maximum 15 business days at some cases. We will provide tracking numbers right after the purchase is made. If the time of 15 business days has exceeded, do not hesitate to contact us!
If you reside on the Metropolitan Area of Monterrey you must select the Shipping Option of ''Monterrey'' and it will charge the minimum amount of $55.00 MXN.
