MFI Regia pieces are delicate products made in the traditional manner. The metal is plated and each piece is crimped individually. Because of this they need a special care.

 

• Keep your pieces in the original box or in a soft bag packaging to avoid scratches.

• Wipe them with a soft cloth frequently to maintain the original glossy finish.

• Remove the pieces before washing hands, swimming or apply care body products as perfumes, hairspray , soaps and lotions that can damage the metal and reduce the duration of plating, as well as causing discoloration and tarnishing crystal.

• When dressing, please put your Fashion Jewelry pieces at the end and remove them before undressing.

• Avoid contact with water.

• Avoid violent contact (ex . Hitting some object ) that could cause scratches , chips and other damage.

MFI Regia may receive merchandise as return on facilities only and exclusively when you have an Authorization Number . Products whose poor condition is not caused by MFI Regia or their carriers are not accepted. If you receive merchandise with damaged packaging or boxes, it is your responsibility to specify in the bill or guide when receiving the product , since otherwise ; subsequent claims or warranties on products with damaged packaging will not be accepted and this will have a history.
